When will I get my order ? 

We try our best to have your orders to you as soon as we can. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility (2-4 days during sales and product launches), unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your order is shipped. Your service option and location will then determine the number of shipping days.

Are the mats washable or reusable? 

The mats are washable for cleaning. However, Colour Me Salah believes in holding onto cherished memories that are created by your little artist. Trust us, you will not want to washout the masterpieces your little ones created. By washing the mats, you may notice the colours fade slightly.

Will the marker stains come off of walls and floors?

 If you get acrylic paint marker stains on the walls or floors, you can take a warm damp cloth with soap and rub it off. However we cannot guarantee that it will come off from all surfaces. Treat this painting activity like a paint night at your house. 

Do the markers leak?

To ensure that the markers prime well during your first use, the top part of the markers are kept slightly loose. This may cause your markers to leak. Please tighten all the marker tops to ensure leaking does not occur after you have primed your markers.

Will my markers dry out?

The key to ensure you are always getting the best results when colouring is prime prime prime. Push down a few times on the marker to get the paint to come out of the markers and then start colouring.
